Construction and Required Equipment
The Great Planes Spitfire comes equipped for both electric and gas construction options. A neatly packaged kit includes great graphics and covering patterns on all the major flight surfaces. The manual covers all the specifics about the model including the options for both gas and electric accessories that are required. In electric format, suggested accessories include the GP RimFire 35-30-1450kV Outrunner Brushless Motor, a 45A Brushless ESC 5V/2A BEC such as the GP Silver Series ESC/BEC, 3200 mAh 11.1 V LiPo battery pack and charger. The kit also requires a recommended APC 9” x 6” sport propeller in addition to the standard building supplies such as epoxy and CA glue.
