Jammin X2 CRT Prototype?

Word has it that Jammin Jay has been testing a new truck out, which many people are starting to call it the Jammin X2 CRT. Although it is not offically liscensed as under that name yet, everyone knows what it is! Thanks toTaylor james, this same truck platform is the new champion of the 2007 ROAR Nationals! The truck itself looks VERY promising, and has quite a bit different things than the older X1.

Here is a list of new features included on the X2:

• Longer chassis (lengthed behind the engine)
  
• New Gearing (buggy size spurs)
  
• New 16mm Shocks
  
• Low Profile body (bodies from the nationals are still prototype, so
  things might be changed here and there).
  
• new Weight distribution in the chassis:
  
• engine moved toward center line and foward
  
• radio equipment box moved foward and closer to center line
  
• center diff assembly moved foward
  
• molded special pat. pending center diff mount
  
• Bigger Dia. wheels & Tires
  
• Not sure if Carbon Towers will be offered in the kit, however might be
  option piece.
  
• Much lighter, my teched at the nats 1-2 oz over the roar limit of 9 lbs
  
• Still has great foward traction despite weight moved foward and longer
  wheel base.
  
• Same easy handling CRT, just faster, and lighter!

As you can tell, it should be a great truggy, and for sure a winner. Here are some pictures of the prototype truck that has been seen around.

Since there is not much out about this truck yet, information is limited. Although, I myself am confident that this may well be the best truck on the market, if and when its produced!! I will keep you all updated with the latest information on this truck as I find out more.
