Project: Ultimate Micro-T!

Team Losi's 1/18th scale Mini-T is well known in the world of RC, and is by far one of the most popular Minis of all time. The Mini-T has most likely had every part for it redesigned by tons of after market companies, and there are several amazing machines that have been made out of these things seen all over the internet. Now, Team Losi has put everything great about the Mini-T into an even SMALLER package, the 1/36th scale Micro-T! After watching many inspirational video's, I could not resist, I upped and bought a brand new Micro. I will be doing a full aftermarket conversion, and I will be posting a new update article every other week, possibly weekly. Here is the full list of what I have bought so far:

Micro-T:$79.99

Red Aluminum Front Arms:$11.90

Red Aluminum Rear Arms: $11.90

Red Aluminum Front Shock Tower: $8.90

Red Aluminum Rear Shock Tower: $11.90

3 Racing Carbon Fiber Chassis Conversion: $35.00

Team Losi LiPo Battery and Wall charger: $53.94

Grand Total SO FAR: $213.53

I had been real excited, and waited about a week for my Micro-T to get here. Here are some pictures of what it looks like at the current moment (Haven't received any upgrades yet :/ )

The Micro has easily worked it's way up to being one of my absoulute favorite vehicles, and this is coming from a guy who likes BIG, and NITRO. That must tell you something there! The micro is loads of fun. Although the stock battery doesn't last for more than 5 or 6 minutes (which is why I bought LiPo tonight) it only takes about 20 minutes to charge the battery. The Micro is great for jumping. I took my box from my Rockband for Xbox 360, hacked it in half diagnally, and it was a PERFECT jump. The micro takes off like a jack rabbit, and it sails through the air like a little tweety bird. You will want to stay on the gas the whole time while your in the air, or else its crash landing! The micro is also a awesome stunt vehicle. It loves backflips (I took my doormat and leaned it up against my wall, perfect!), and lands on its wheels almost all the time. If you have pets and like to make them go crazy, then you will love the Micro! My Yellow Lab and Cocker Spaniel went nuts every time I came flying at them with the Micro. Although, it doesn't last long. After a few battery packs, they realized that the Micro was not a threat, and simply sniffed it. Maybe cats are more afraid? Haha.

The Micro is a very very very durable little car. It seems like that since it is so light and made of such strong parts, its practically indestructible. No matter how harsly I landed big air jumps, and no matter how fast I clipped a wall or a dinner table chair, the micro just re-bounded and was ready for more! For the ultmiate test, I took it to the forbidden land, on top of my desk. I launched it off the desk at full speed countless times, nose dived off, and went flipping into the ground more times than I can count, and suprisingly, there is not one scratch on the underside of my chassis, and there were only minor scratches on the body. No broken parts, thats always good!

Overall, im very excited to get this project going, and have the ultimate Micro-T! Here is the main video that got me really excited about this car. CAUTION: If you watch this video, you may fall in love with this RC!

Hi, great concept for a website. I remember Zero from GTA San Andreas! Who could forget him! Greatest computer game ever in my opinion. Best wishes, Mark.

Yeah, San Andreas was a great game (Zero had the greatest RC gear :)), I can't wait until GTA 4 comes out sometime in the new year.
